An Active Warrant Is Not the Same as Current Jail Custody
Becker County operates a separate public warrant list. It may display a warrant number, warrant date, offense, court docket number and bond type.
Use the Warrant List When
- You believe a warrant exists but the person is not on the jail roster.
- You need the docket number associated with a listed warrant.
- You need to see the bond type displayed on the warrant entry.
Warrant data can lag. The Sheriff says there can be delays between active and cancelled warrants and that all active warrants must be confirmed before enforcement.

The same county page describes Electronic Home Monitoring as an alternative available to qualifying low-risk offenders. It can be part of a sentence or a condition of release and is not something every inmate can simply purchase.

Approval and Visitor-List Rules

Dress and Property Rules
Visitors must remain appropriately clothed. The jail prohibits cut-off shorts and revealing tops and requires shirts to cover the chest and shoulders.
Items including cell phones, tobacco, purses, packages, food and beverages are not allowed in the jail visiting area.
The jail currently warns that cell-phone use or attempts to bring prohibited materials into visiting can result in a six-month ban for a first offense and a lifetime ban for a second offense.
Visit Length
Social visits are generally limited to 20 minutes, and a visit must start before the final 15 minutes of the session.

When GPS May Be Required
