DUI / Physical Control policy
Skagit County’s current corrections page states that people booked on DUI, Physical Control, or who are under the influence at booking are not released until their blood-alcohol level is below the legal limit of .08 under the District Court policy.

Notary

A temporary release for this purpose must be pursued through an attorney and approved by a judge.
Future transfer details
